Good race to start with plenty of quality. Kennelmates SOFT RAIN (8) and SPANGLES (1) arrive here after ultra-consistent runs elsewhere. I think the former has the slight pace edge but either can win. SOCK'S MULWEE (3) relishes this trip and has pace to burn. DEFIER (7) yet another reliable type who had pacey run at BATH last start. Others dangers.
