ULTRA BLUE (5) was chopped out of the race at the first turn on Feb 5 here. Didn't give up and did a good job to finish where it did. Can jump quickly. Rate it on top of DOUBLE STORM (3) who missed the start here on Feb 5 and never really got into contention though it made ground late. Capable of a better beginning and worth including here.
