Welcome to GRNSW’s Racing Week Ahead where we update participants with our upcoming events for the following week, highlighting several of those events for which nominations close over the next seven days.
While some of the major feature races have come and gone this year, there is always another feature event around the corner, and the Goulburn Cup heats will be run in the coming week.
There are still numerous feature races both big and small around the State over the next week, let’s take a quick look.
We begin at Richmond on Wednesday October 12 with 320m Maiden Heats with a $1,500 Final.
On Thursday October 13 at Maitland we have 400m 4/5th Grade Heats with a $2,100 Final.
Then Goulburn has the start of their big week on Friday October 14 with the 440m Non Grade Goulburn Cup Heats with its $40,000 Final, and on the same card we have 350m Non Grade Fireball Heats which will have a $25,000 Final.
On the same day at Richmond we have 520m 5th Grade Heats with an $8,000 Final.
At Dubbo on Saturday October 15 the club hosts 400m 0-3 Win Heats with a $6,000 Final, while on
Sunday October 16 at Grafton we have 350m 5th Grade Heats with a $2,000 Final.
On Monday October 17 at Nowra the club has 365m 5th Grade Heats with a $2,500 Final.
And finally on Tuesday October 18 at Bulli we have 400m 1-3 Win 5th Grade Heats with a $3,000 Final and on the same day at Grafton we have 350m Non Grade Heats with a $2,500 Final.
Trainers should check the calendar on thedogs.com.au site for specific conditions that may be applicable to some events.
