Welcome to GRNSW’s Racing Week Ahead where we update participants with our upcoming events for the following week, highlighting several of those events for which nominations close over the next seven days.
It’s a big week next week with the semi-finals of the TAB Million Dollar Chase and there is plenty of other feature racing around the tracks.
We begin at Richmond on Wednesday September 14 with 320m maiden heats with a $1,500 final.
At Wentworth Park on Wednesday September 14 we have heats of the Million Dollar Chase Maiden over the 520m with a $15,000 final and $7,000 Consolation Final, and also heats of the Masters Meteor over the 520m with a $100,000 final.
At Wentworth Park on Friday September 16 as well as the MDC semis we have the heats of the Sydney Cup over the 720m with a $100,000 final.
At Dubbo on Saturday September 17, we have 516m maiden heats with a $3,000 final plus 5th grade heats over the 516m with a $5,000 final.
At Wentworth Park on Saturday September 17 the action continues with heats of the non grade Young Star over the 520m with a $25,000 Final and $10,000 consolation final.
At Grafton on Sunday September 18 we have 450m 5th grade heats with a $3,800 final.
On Monday September 19 at Maitland we have 400m maiden heats with an $1,800 final.
And finally at Bulli on Tuesday September 20 we will have 400m 5th grade heats with a $2,200 final.
Trainers should check the calendar on thedogs.com.au site for specific conditions that may be applicable to some events.
