EFFECTIVE ARROW (1) has to contend with race conditions for the first time in the opening event, however she has the advantage of the rails draw and was good in her trial here in January, barring bad luck she looks the winner. It's a very open affair outside the red with DAILY SCOOP (5), RACHELLE REASON (6) and SONGKRAN ODESSA (2) having claims.
