The second heat of the maiden looks to be another open affair so luck in running is likely to play a big part. LEGENDARY OPAL (6) is making his race debut but has trialled well twice over 400m and is the on top selection. He will have to do everything right though with SHERLOCK HOLMES (8), BLUE GUM MISS (3) and COOKIE EMGRAND (2) also hopes.
