DUSTY GAMBLER (8) failed twice before going for a spell but had won at Nowra before that in a fast 29.57 and has also been placed here off a wide draw. If anywhere near his peak he's the one to beat. MAKE 'EM PAY (1) isn't a reliable beginner but also has talent and races well here. He's the danger ahead of COSMIC RANGER (6) and ROMEO REIGN (5).
