Both ELANTRIS (3) and KICHIRO (4) had been in good form before winning their heats easily on a very wet track and they look likely to fight out the finish here, with Elantris on top because of the slightly better draw. The ultra consistent EL JAY LUCY (5) and SIX SENSE (2) who generally spoils her chances with slow getaways both have minor claims.
