VICTOR CHARLIE (2) drew inside for the first time in his heat scoring by a big margin off box 2, todays final is a bit harder but from the same draw he's again the one they have to beat. BILLY THE MESS (3) tired late when 4th in his heat but should be improved and is worth another chance from WINSOME SUMMER (8) and PALAIS DE LOUVRE (1).
