NINE TENTHS (8) has been good in two runs since returning from a break including a last start box eight victory at Gosford where he led most of the way, a repeat should see him go close in the second. His danger looks to be SPRING GIRL (1) after her last start Lithgow victory in quick time. DARTED (6) and PEN ME IN (4) have minor claims.
