Prior to failing at Shepparton in early June the lightly raced SAMRUBY (3) was showing some handy form, she's worth another chance in a very open second event. Despite the awkward draw the first starter GUNNER MOMENT (6) can also be included in the better chances. BLACK AS NIGHT (8) and SLIPAWAY FRANK (2) can fight out the minors.
