STORNAWAY LAD (1) made his Mt Gambier debut recently with an improved run to finish a close second, if he repeats that effort he should go close in the opening event. The last couple of runs from SNOW WIZ (7) have also been improved efforts, he's the second pick. DEAN CO KATE (8) and GENERAL WILKES (3) can be included in the exotics.
