He hasn't won for a while but OXYGEN BANDIT (2) does have early pace and generally runs well when drawn near the rails, he's a chance in the fourth at fair odds. He won't have things his own way though as ZAFONIS HAZE (5) also has pace and is building up a good record, he's the obvious danger from TOP GUN MCBAIN (4) and SUMMIT (8).
