Neither MAKE 'EM PAY (6) or SMOOTH OVER (7) had much luck at their latest starts and both are capable of improving and going close in a very open race 3 with Make 'Em Pay the on top pick because of his Dubbo experience. There are other chances though including the awkwardly drawn ARROGANT PATCH (4) and LIGHT 'EM DAPH (3).
