The opening event at today's meeting is the first Semi Final of the Pop Northfield Maiden Series and as usual a number of promising youngsters are sure to be unearthed during it's running. In race one BIT PERSUASIVE (1) looks hardest to beat, he won his Ht comfortably and is drawn to run well again. MADUKAMAGIC (2) and CAPTIVE (7) are dangers.
