Embrace gave trainer Craig Chappelow his first group 1 success when she pounced on the lead at the first turn to run away with Saturday's other major event, the Ladbrokes Peter Mosman Opal.
Embrace was unplaced in her first five WP starts but Chappelow persisted, believing she could break through as luck had been against her in most of those races.
She scored her first WP win in 30.03 from box seven on June 25 before a luckless second to Yuko Girl in her Peter Mosman Opal heat, where she recorded 30.02, while Embrace trimmed those figures to 29.88 on Saturday.
"I thought her heat run was her best performance and because I believed she was ideally positioned in box eight in the final, I gave her a good chance so long as she got away cleanly,'' Chappelow said on Saturday.
"Closest I had previously come to winning a group one was in 2013 when my greyhound Frosty Vintage finished fourth to Belfast Johnny in the Vic Peters Classic at WP.''
