Greyhound Racing NSW wishes to advise participants that the meeting set down for BBet Park Wauchope today, January 2, has been abandoned following torrential overnight rain in the region and the subsequent state of the track.
Heats for the Wauchope Cup, the Bbet Local Bookmaker 5th Grade, and the Ken Little Fruit and Veg 5th Grade, were all scheduled to be run today, but as a result of the abandonment, these will now be run as Best 8s on Wednesday and fresh nominations will be called for each event on Monday. Preference for the Best 8 in each event will be given to greyhounds drawn in the heats, unless there are insufficient nominations.
Ozchase will be updated shortly to allow participants to nominate directly into these events.
