SMART SAM (7) & DIDDY ROSE (6) staged a 2 dog war for virtually the entire trip last week, going with Sammy to turn the tables, he'll be improved with the run under his belt. DR relishes racing here, strung together consecutive victories in similar grade, can do it again, big show. BARNEY'S LEE (2) should get the drop on the pair, hard to hold out.
