Welcome to GRNSW’s Racing Week Ahead where we update participants with our upcoming events for the following week, highlighting several events for which nominations close over the next seven days.
At The Gardens on Wednesday 22nd May there are 515m 5th Grade Heats ($5,000 Non Penalty Final) and at Richmond there are 622m 5th Grade Heats - ($8,000 Non Penalty Final), remember at Richmond there is city-class prize money for all races over 622m.
Up to Casino on Friday 24th May, we'll see 484m Non-Grade Heats leading to a $10,000 Final, while at Wentworth Park on Friday there are 520m 5th Grade 1-4 Win Heats ($6,000 Non Penalty Final).
On Saturday morning 25th May at Richmond Straight, the meeting will see 5th Grade Heats ($2,000 Non Penalty Final) as well as Non Grade (1/2/3/4thGrade) Heats ($5,000 Final). At Wentworth Park on Saturday night, there is a 520m 5th Grade Wentworth Park Battlers ($6,000 Winner) and a 720m 5th Grade 1-5 Wins worth $6,200 to the winner.
Broken Hill highlights Sunday 26th May, with 375m Maiden Heats ($5,500 Final), 375m Non-Grade Local Cup Heats ($3,000 Final), and 525m Broken Hill Cup Heats ($10,000 Final).
At Richmond on Monday 27th May there are 320m Maiden Heats ($1,500 Final), while at Nowra, there will be 520m 5th Grade Heats ($4,000 Non Penalty Final).
Finally at Bulli on Tuesday 28th May, there are 472m 5th Grade Heats leading to a $5,000 Non Penalty Final. There is extra prize money for all races over 472m, 515m & 590m.
