Welcome to GRNSW’s Racing Week Ahead where we update participants with our upcoming events for the following week, highlighting several of those events for which nominations close over the next seven days.
We commence this week at Richmond on Wednesday October 25 with 622m 5th Grade 1-4 Win Heats - $6200 Heat Winners – and an $8000 Final. Extra prize money for all races, and all races over 622m & 722m will carry City class prize money.
At Dapto on Thursday October 26 we have 520m 5th Grade 1-3 Win Heats with a $5000 Final.
At Goulburn on Friday October 27 we have the Goulburn Cup & Fireball Finals as well as 440m 5th Grade Heats with a $5000 Final. Extra prize money will be on offer for graded races over 440m.
The same night at Wagga we have 320m 5th Grade Heats with a $2500 Final, and 320m Non Grade (1/2/3/4th Grade) Heats with a $3000 Final.
At Wentworth Park on Friday October 27, we have 520m Wentworth Park Battlers worth $4000 to the winner.
At Grafton on Sunday October 29 we have the 450m Jacaranda Maiden Heats with a $12000 Final and 5th Grade 1-3 Win Heats with a $4000 Final.
At Richmond on Monday October 30 we have 401m Maiden Heats with a $1500 Final, and finally at Bulli on Tuesday October 31 we have 400m 5th Grade Bitches Only Heats with a $3000 Final and a 400m 5th Grade Dogs Only Heats with a $3000 Final.
Trainers should check the calendar on thedogs.com.au site for specific conditions that may be applicable to some events.
