Welcome to GRNSW’s Racing Week Ahead where we update participants with our upcoming events for the following week, highlighting several of those events for which nominations close over the next seven days.
It’s another big weekend upcoming with the heats of the Brother Fox at Dubbo. But there are also plenty of other big races each week on the calendar around the State.
We commence this week at The Gardens on Wednesday May 17 with 400m Maiden Heats with a $2,000 final. Also that day at Richmond we have 320m 5th Grade Heats with a $5,500 final.
On the same night at Wentworth Park we have 520m 5th Grade 1-4 Win Dogs Only Heats with an $8,000 final and 520m 5th Grade 1-4 Win Bitches Only Heats also with an $8,000 final.
At Dapto on Thursday May 18 we will have 520m 5th Grade Heats with a $5,000 final.
At Casino on Friday May 19 we have 484m Non Grade Heats with a $10,000 final and also 411m Maiden Heats with a $2,000 final.
On Saturday May 20 at Muswellbrook we have 431m 5th Grade Heats with a $5,000 final.
On Sunday May 21 at Grafton we will have 450m 5th Grade 1-3 Win Heats with a $5,000 Winner and this meeting is an extra prizemoney meeting for graded races over 450m & 660m.
At Nowra on Monday May 22 we have 365m 5th Grade Heats with a $2,000 final.
Then finally we finish a big week at Temora on Tuesday May 23 with 457m Temora to Wentworth Park Heats with a $6,000 Final and this is also an extra prizemoney meeting for graded races over 457m & 570m.
At Bulli on the same day we have 472m 5th Grade Heats with a $15,000 Final and 457m Maiden Heats with a $4,000 final, and also on May 23 at Grafton 350m 5th Grade 1-3 Win Heats with a $4,000 final.
