Welcome to GRNSW’s Racing Week Ahead where we update participants with our upcoming events for the following week, highlighting several of those events for which nominations close over the next seven days.
The TAB Million Dollar Chase has concluded around the regions but will head to Wentworth Park next week, but there is also plenty of other feature racing around the State this week.
We begin at Richmond on Wednesday September 7 and we have 320m 5th grade heats with $7,500 final.
At Casino on Thursday September 8 we have 300m 4/5th grade heats with a $3,000 final.
On the same night at Dapto there will be 5th grade heats over the 297m with a $2,000 final.
It’s a big day on the Saturday September 10 starting at the Richmond Straight with maiden heats with a $1,500 final, then at Dubbo 318m 4/5th grade heats with a $2,000 final.
That night at Wentworth Park we have Million Dollar Chase City Qualifiers over the 520m worth $7,000 to the winner, plus places in the semi-finals up for grabs.
At Grafton on Sunday September 11 we have 450m 0-1 win heats with a $2,500 final.
On Monday September 12 at Nowra there will be 365m maiden heats with a $3,000 final.
And finally on Tuesday September 13 at Temora we have 457m non grade heats with a $3,200 final, at
Grafton 350m 5th grade 1-2 win heats with a $2,000 final and also that night at Gosford 515m maiden heats with a $3,000 final and 515m 5th grade heats with a $5,000 final.
Trainers should check the calendar on thedogs.com.au site for specific conditions that may be applicable to some events.
