In an article titled: "Steve Chasing Another Egg" which was published on thedogs.com.au last Friday, the reference was made that: "Winlock On Top, elevated to first place in the group 1 Paws Of Thunder following the disqualification of Wow."
This was incorrect. The Greyhound Welfare & Integrity Commission is still investigating the irregularity found in the sample of the Paws Of Thunder winner.
As such, no charges or penalties have been delivered, and there has been no elevation of Winlock On Top to be the winner of the event, and we apologise unreservedly for the error.
