Notice To Participants: Changes To Richmond Programming

Due to the abandonment of the Richmond meeting on Friday, January 29, heats of the Ladbrokes Red Dog Series over the 535m distance were not run.
With upcoming feature events and a congested racing calendar, a decision has been made not to stage heats of the event next Friday which would then require a final the following week.
Instead next Friday, February 5, Richmond will stage a Best 8 event for 1st-4th grade greyhounds over the 535m distance, which will be a $3,000 to winner event.
Also to be programmed are 535m events for 5th grade greyhounds with all of those events being $2,000 to the winner prizemoney races.
