Successful greyhound owner Lee'anne Sugars died on Tuesday after a brief battle with cancer.

Fever Frenzy, trained for Lee'anne by her husband Wayne, had scored his seventh win on November 24 at Bulli.

The funeral of Lee'anne, who was just 58, will be held on Thursday, December 17, at 11am at South Chapel, Woronora Memorial Park, Sutherland.
