Knight's Page will remain with his caretaker trainer Anne Foley until after the Group 2 Black Top series later this month.
Owner-trainer Gayle Masterson handed Knight's Page over to Foley and her husband Barry when she was hospitalised for a knee operation.
Knight's Page had been in Foley's South Maitland kennels for just six days when the dog scored a brilliant all-the-way win at Wentworth Park last Saturday night.
Having his third run at headquarters, Knight's Page covered the 520m in 29.85s, well inside his previous best Wenty figures of 30.07s.
"I have been out of hospital for a few days now but I'm not up to handling dogs again just yet, and in any case, Knight's Page knows the Foleys well and they are doing a great job with him,'' Masterson said.
"Knight's Page has been nominated for Wentworth Park on Saturday night and after that he will have a race at LADBROKES GARDENS as a pipe opener for the Black Top heats on August 23.''
The $40,000 to the winner Black Top final will be staged over 515m at LADBROKES GARDENS a week later.
Anne and Barry Foley only ever have a small team in work but have an outstanding strike rate.
"Best dog we have trained was Most Impressive, a top class stayer who was a contemporary of National Lass in the mid-1980s,'' Barry Foley said.

Silent Dismissal, a "nephew'' of dual group race winner Buck Forty, made an impressive public debut in a performance trial at Bathurst on Monday.
Owned and trained at Clergate by David Pringle, Silent Dismissal, just 20 months old, clocked a slick 29.89s in a 520m performance trial.
That time was fastest of the meeting, a rare achievement for an unraced youngster.
Silent Dismissal is bred in the purple, being a son of Bonnie's Secret, an unraced daughter of Buck Fever and a full sister to Buck Forty.
Buck Forty, also raced by Pringle, won 19 races and nearly $382,000 in prizemoney, with his major victories being the 2016 Group 1 Peter Mosman Classic at Wentworth Park and the Group 2 Sandown Launching Pad the same year.

COSMIC Bonus turns five in December but last year's $100,000 to the winner Masters Meteor winner looks on target for a second crack at the nation's biggest race for veterans, at Wentworth Park on October 18.
The Evelyn Harris trained Cosmic Bonus (pictured) posted a best of the night 27.54s winning over 480m at Grafton on Monday, his 51st victory at start number 110, an incredible strike rate over such a long career.
Cosmic Bonus defeated Springcreek Bill and Blabba Mouth in the 2018 Masters Meteor, and seems likely to face that duo again this year.
Twelve Months later Springcreek Bill and Blabba Mouth are racing as well as ever, having staged a thrilling duel at WP on July 13, with the Donna Campbell-trained 'Bill' prevailing by a half-length over Cheryl Murray's Blabba Mouth in a slick 30.07s.
Blabba Mouth had recorded 29.91s and 29.92s in his two previous wins at Wenty while Springcreek Bill posted 30.18s winning at headquarters on July 20.
"Cosmic Bonus is getting old but is still running fast times as he broke his own track record at Casino a month ago,'' trainer Evelyn Harris said.
"Monday's Grafton win not only took his official earnings to $358,165 but he was also the club's jackpot dog for the night so that meant he won an additional $2,500.''
