On 13 June 2018 the GRNSW Inquiry Panel charged registered participant Mr Mario Multari under rules 83(2), 83(1A)(a), 79A(1) and 86(e) of the GRNSW Greyhound Racing Rules.
During the course of an Inquiry hearing on 25 June 2018, Mr Multari made admissions in relation to 11 charges while denying seven charges. Following the consideration of all of the evidence before the Inquiry, the Inquiry Panel determined that Mr Multari had breached the Rules in relation to the denied charges.
The Inquiry Panel determined to disqualify Mr Multari until 25 January 2025 and cancel all GRNSW licences and registrations held by the participant. A copy of the decision of GRNSW can be found here.
Mr Multari has been notified of his rights of appeal.
