On 10 October 2016 the GRNSW Inquiry Panel Charged Mr Chad Achurch under rules 86B(1)(g) of the GRNSW Greyhound Racing Rules.
Following Mr Achurch’s denial of the Charge and consideration of the evidence before it, the Inquiry Panel determined that Mr Achurch had breached the Rules and that a life disqualification was the appropriate penalty in the circumstances.
