On 12 February 2018 the GRNSW Inquiry Panel Charged trainer Mrs Sonia Kempshall under rule 83(2) of the GRNSW Greyhound Racing Rules.
Following Mrs Kempshall’s early admission to the Charge and consideration of all relevant factors, the Inquiry Panel has determined to impose a fine of $2,000 with $500 suspended on the condition that no breach of the prohibited substance rules occur in the next 12 months. Â
