On 28 February 2018 the GRNSW Inquiry Panel charged Mr Craig Benjamin under Rules 108 and 109(1) of the GRNSW Greyhound Racing Rules.
The Inquiry Panel found that Mr Benjamin had breached the Rules in relation to one charge.The Inquiry Panel determined that the appropriate penalty was three months suspension, wholly suspended on the condition that the Participant does not breach a similar Rule for a period of 12 months and a $500 fine.
