On 9 April 2018 the GRNSW Inquiry Panel Charged registered participant Mrs Vicki Prest under rules 28(5) of the GRNSW Greyhound Racing Rules.
Following Mrs Prest’s admission of the Charge, the Inquiry Panel determined to issue a $1,000 fine wholly suspended on the condition that Mrs Prest does not breach the Rules in the next 12 months.
