On 23 March 2018 the GRNSW Inquiry Panel charged Mr Leslie Mangold under rule 106(2) of the GRNSW Greyhound Racing Rules.
Mr Mangold failed to respond to the charge and, following consideration of the evidence, the Inquiry Panel has determined that Mr Mangold breached the Rules, imposing a penalty of a period of disqualification of two years.
