Greyhound Racing NSW advises that the Racing Appeals Tribunal has issued its decision in relation to an appeal by Mr Charles Northfield.
The appeal related to the severity of the penalty of 30 weeks suspension determined by the GRNSW Inquiry Panel. The Tribunal upheld the appeal and varied the penalty to 26 weeks suspension.
