On 14 August 2017 the GRNSW Inquiry Panel Charged trainer Mr Joseph McFadyen under rule 83(2) of the GRNSW Greyhound Racing Rules.
Following Mr McFadyen’s early admission to the Charge and consideration of mitigating factors, the Inquiry Panel has determined to impose a fine of $1,000.
