On 13 February 2018 the GRNSW Inquiry Panel charged registered participant Mr Mark Beagan under rules 86(o) and 86(p) of the GRNSW Greyhound Racing Rules.
Following Mr Beagan’s admission of the Charges, the Inquiry Panel determined to suspend Mr Beagan for a period of 6 months, wholly suspended on the condition that he does not breach the Rules in the next 12 month as well having imposed a fine of $500.
