On 22 March 2018 the GRNSW Inquiry Panel Charged trainer Ms Frances Goodwin under rule 83(2) of the GRNSW Greyhound Racing Rules.
Following Ms Goodwin’s early admission to the Charge and consideration of the mitigating factors, the Inquiry Panel has determined to impose a fine of $750.
