On 28 February 2018 the GRNSW Inquiry Panel Charged Mr Melvyn Daley under rule 86(o) of the GRNSW Greyhound Racing Rules.
Following Mr Daley’s admission of the Charge, the Inquiry Panel determined to disqualify Mr Daley for a period of 12 months with six months suspended for a period of 12 months on the condition that Mr Daley does not breach the Rules in relation to a conduct matter.
