On 12 January 2018 the GRNSW Inquiry Panel Charged trainer Mr Gary Smith under rule 83(2) of the GRNSW Greyhound Racing Rules.
Following Mr Smith’s early admission to the Charge, the Inquiry Panel has determined to impose a fine of $1,000.
