On 15 December 2017 the GRNSW Inquiry Panel charged trainer Mr Troy Vella under rule 83(2) of the GRNSW Greyhound Racing Rules.
Following Mr Vella’s early admission to the charge, the Inquiry Panel has determined to impose a fine of $2,000.
