On 20 November 2017 the GRNSW Inquiry Panel charged owner Ms Katelyn Nash under rules 106(1)(a), 106(1)(d) and 106(2) of the GRNSW Greyhound Racing Rules.
Ms Nash failed to respond to the Charges and, following consideration of the evidence, the Inquiry Panel has determined that Ms Nash breached the Rules, imposing a penalty of a period of disqualification of seven years.
