On 1 November 2017 the GRNSW Inquiry Panel charged trainer, Mr Peter Stanford under rule 101(2)(b) of the GRNSW Greyhound Racing Rules as follows:
That you, Peter Stanford, a registered owner, on or around 17 August 2017, permitted an unlicensed person to train greyhounds owned by you.
Following the admission of the charge by Mr Stanford, the Inquiry Panel determined to impose a fine of $1,000 wholly suspended on the condition that Mr Stanford does not breach the rules for a period of 12 months.
