Decision - Allen Williams

By Greyhound Racing NSW

On 1 November 2017 the GRNSW Inquiry Panel charged trainer, Mr Allen Williams under rule 101(2)(b) of the GRNSW Greyhound Racing Rules as follows:

That you, Allen Williams, a registered owner, on or around 17 August 2017, permitted an unlicensed person to train greyhounds owned by you.

Following the denial of the charge by Mr Williams and consideration of the evidence before the Inquiry, the Inquiry Panel found Mr Williams had breached the Rules. As a result, the Inquiry Panel determined to impose a fine of $1,200 wholly suspended on the condition that Mr Williams does not breach the rules for a period of 12 months.
