Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW) advises that the Racing Appeals Tribunal has issued its decision in relation to an appeal by Nathan Goodwin.
The tribunal dismissed the appeal and confirmed the penalty issued by the GRNSW Inquiry Panel of 12 months disqualification.
