Greyhound Racing NSW advises that the Racing Appeals Tribunal has issued its decision in relation to an appeal by Dean Maniaci.
The tribunal found Mr Maniaci breached the rule, but determined that no conviction be recorded under Rule 98 of the Greyhound Racing Rules.
