Decision - Michael Dunphy

On 1 September 2017 the Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW) Inquiry Panel charged owner Mr Michael Dunphy under rule 124(1) of the GRNSW Greyhound Racing Rules as follows:

That you, Michael Dunphy, a registered person, exported a greyhound from Australia to the United Kingdom without obtaining a greyhound passport and certified pedigree issued by Greyhounds Australasia.

Following Mr Dunphy’s admission of the charge, the GRNSW Inquiry Panel determined to impose a fine of $1000.
