On 4 September 2017 the Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW) Inquiry Panel charged trainer Mr Leo Vanderburg under rule 99(2)(e) of the GRNSW Greyhound Racing Rules as follows:Â
That you, Leo Vanderburg, participated in a breeding program during the period you were disqualified.
Following Mr Vanderburg’s admission of the charge, the GRNSW Inquiry Panel determined to impose a fine of $1000.
