Decision - Charlie Lamb

On 23 May 2017 Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW) charged licensed person Mr Charlie Lamb under Rules 86 (g) of the GRNSW Greyhound Racing Rules in relation to conduct that occurred at his property on 19 May 2017. 

Mr Lamb admitted the charge and provided submissions in relation to penalty. As a result, the GRNSW Inquiry Panel determined that the appropriate penalty was a fine of $500 wholly suspended on the condition that the Mr Lamb does not breach the rules within the next 12 months.
