On 26 May 2017 Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW) charged licensed person Mr Robert Glover under Rules 86 (g) of the GRNSW Greyhound Racing Rules in relation to conduct that occurred at his property on 24 May 2017.
Mr Glover admitted the charge.
As a result, the Inquiry Panel determined that the appropriate penalty was a period of suspension of two years, with 12 months suspended on the condition that the Mr Glover does not breach the rules within the next 12 months.
