Decision - John Munro

By Greyhound Racing NSW

On 26 May 2017 Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW) charged licensed person Mr John Munro under Rules 86 (g) of the GRNSW Greyhound Racing Rules in relation to conduct that occurred at his property on 19 May 2017.

Mr Munro denied the charge.

After considering all the evidence before the Inquiry, the GRNSW Inquiry Panel determined that Mr Munro had breached the rules.

As a result, the Inquiry Panel determined that the appropriate penalty was to impose a period of suspension of six months, with three months suspended on the condition that Mr Munro does not breach the rules within the next 12 months.

Mr Munro was advised of his right of appeal.
