Decision - Kenneth Bagnall

By Greyhound Racing NSW

On 9 February 2017 Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW) charged trainer Mr Kenneth Bagnall under rule 86A of the GRNSW Greyhound Racing Rules as follows:

That you, Kenneth Bagnall, a registered trainer, had in your possession at a place where greyhounds are kept or trained, a lure that was not approved by the Controlling Body in circumstances where:

(a)     Your lure was a non-synthetic product;
(b)     This is in contravention to LR86A.

Following Mr Bagnall’s early guilty plea to the charge, GRNSW Stewards have determined to impose a fine of $300.
